My Vision

All youth have the opportunity to develop to their full potential while being supported by positive adults who have the knowledge, skills and ability to provide that support without telling them what to do.

My Mission

My professional mission is to support youth. I do this by not only by working with youth; I also focus on leadership development, coaching, training and consulting with  adults and youth-serving organizations worldwide. My goal is to create a global training and support network for youth-serving professionals and organizations to utilize life coaching skills with youth.

I believe that:

  • Leadership development should be transparent, involving both supervisors and direct reports in the development and measurement of leader growth.
  • Behavioral change is most successful when supported by those that will benefit from the change.
  • Many great direct service staff are promoted into leadership roles without being given adequate support and resources for developing their leadership skills (The Peter Principle), which then can lead to higher staff turnover rates.
  • Mental Fitness and Emotional Intelligence is a key factor in leadership success and failure.

If you have the determination, courage and humility to work in a transparent relationship with your team, I can help you become a more effective as a leader or team.

“I believe that we, as adults, are able to provide our best services to others when we have our own support.”
